Terms and Conditions

All the works produced as part of the program of Urban Art Games is subject to be published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which means Urban Art Games lets others distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the aforementioned works, as long as these ‘others’ credit Urban Art Games and all of the people involved in their conception, planning and production.

Following this premise, participants are welcomed to include the aforementioned works in their portfolios and use them to promote their own practices.

Just as such, the participants authorise Urban Art Games to use the material produced as part of the program for the following purposes:

A.) To include it in publications in both digital (e.g. websites, blogs, streaming services, promotional emails and social media outlets) and analog formats (e.g. books, flyers, posters, banners, radio/TV ads) which are subject to be commercialised by Urban Art Games.

B.) To include it in promotional material and as part of promotional campaigns, which may be released in both digital (e.g. websites, blogs, streaming services, promotional emails and social media outlets) and analog formats (e.g. books, flyers, posters, banners, radio/TV ads).

The participants who do not wish to be included in the credits of a given work produced as part of the Urban Art Games’ program can be removed from the credits or be credited under a pseudonym. If this is the case, they need to express their wish in writing.

Participants who are under 18 years old need to provide a written authorisation signed by their parents and/or legal guardians.
